Visokio Omniscope Serviced Licences
Our experience in selling and supporting Visokio Omniscope led us to develop the concept of the "Serviced licence" - a means by which customers can purchase appropriate packs of Omniscope Professional licences which include appropriate end-user training and support services.
Atheon Software Products has been training, supporting and expanding the capability of its customers, in their use of Omniscope, since early 2006. Different customers require different levels of support and training, and the serviced licence approach enables ever user to benefit from an appropriate program of learning at short notice, without the going through the internal purchasing process every time additional training or support is required.
Each serviced licence includes one day of training, or on-site support services (including one-to-one advance training for advanced users) plus unlimited end-user email and telephone support; this enables users to receive expert guidance when using Omniscope on real projects. Experience suggests that customers purchasing serviced licences implement Omniscope more successfully, with shorter return on investment, through access to Omniscope expertise when it is needed most.
Serviced licence included training and support also benefits from priority booking - enabling training courses to be booked and run at short notice (within 10 working days) - and we provide 2 annual educational update presentations, showcasing important features in new Omniscope releases, every year for those customers with 10 or more serviced licences.
We provide annual licences for the Professional edition of Omniscope in packs of 1, 5 or 10 licences - in keeping with the Omniscope licence model. The prices for these licence packs are:
- 1-licence pack @ £4,000 per annum
- 5-licence pack @ £15,000 per annum
i.e. £3,000 per licence per annum - 10-licence pack @ £25,000 per annum
i.e. £2,500 per licence per annum
We also offer a price-freeze option for customers who wish to secure serviced licences for 3 or more years, providing certainty of investment cost for the duration of their Omniscope use - please contact us if you would like to find out more about this option.
